Hello All. A couple messages to report.

First is our meeting tomorrow night, Thursday, 7th, Sandman Inn. 7:00 pm. Speaker is Michael Zimmer a biologist from Grand Forks and ONA. He has talked to us before and is a wealth of knowledge on the Columbia River . See you there.

Other news, Our Christmas social was a great get together, food was fantastic and a big thank you to the Ballahura’s for hosting it again this year. And thanks to Mike and Brenda for doing the turkey, As well thanks to Gary and Pat for doing up the ham for this wonderful meal. A great time was had by all.

Up coming is our participation in the Salvation Army Kettle drive. It is on the 8th of Dec. at the Trail mall. Fran P and Len H. are organizing this, 12 noon till 8 pm is the timing, if wanting to help give Fran a call. 367-9320.

We do have two draws happening, one for fly rod and one for fly reel. tickets will be at the meeting or at Fly Shop. Last is the Fly Tying going on for the past five weeks has gone real well and we will do one more next Tuesday. Great interest and great patterns being tied. Great to see all the participation. And if any of you have a couple flies to donate to the speaker of the night, tomorrow, please bring along a few for our thank you to Michael.

I also want to thank Brian B for the news on stranded fish on the Columbia this past month. We will show at the meeting the information.
